Golf Recovery Fitness Program – 12 months $3,150.00

Physical, Emotional, Body and Mind

The Bobby Holiday Golf Academy provides and outstanding value in private, individual golf lessons from the nation’s finest golf strength and fitness professionals. The Academy provides individualized physical and emotional recovery techniques that will guide you through, not only your most challenging rounds of golf, but also through life’s everyday “water holes”.

All of our packages include private instruction with a golf strength and fitness teaching professional. All schedules are tailored to the student’s individual needs; physically, mentally and medically evaluated by the academy’s directors for any special considerations or medical restrictions noted in their primary enrollment package. Students will be scheduled for a “Fit4Life” program that includes extensive body and mind recovery, cross-training, low impact work-outs, mindfulness instruction, full body core work-out, meditation and yoga.

Student Itinerary – Monthly Schedule Location

  • Two (2) 9-hole rounds of golf Country Club
  • Two (2) 9-hole rounds of golf Academy
  • Two (2) Mindfulness classes per month Academy
  • Two (2) Yoga classes per month Fitness Center
  • Two (2) Aerobic classes per week for one (1) month Fitness Center

Rest Easy Program – 24 months $6.500.00

Extensive Body and Mind REP 24

The REP24 is an extensive training program that begins with the proper exercising that a golfer will need to develop the body and mind. Through physical and mental exercise such as yoga, light weight training and mindfulness classes being the key in which will serve two purposes for the best golfer. The foundation for this program is based upon rhythm, exercise, strength and timing (REST) so the body can deliver elasticity, accuracy, stamina and yardage (EASY).

This is what we call the “Rest Easy” Program. This program is extensive and developed for the serious golfer. You must be able to devote a minimum of two (2) days a week to classes and one (1) day a week at the range. This program is a 24-month program covering the following listed and also requiring the student to play, at least, two (2) 9 hole rounds of golf a month and registering an exact score based on PGA rules thus allowing the academy to track the student’s progression.

This gives the instructor the ability to focus on the areas in which the student may be developing muscle reaction. These areas are guided by GSF instructors and are evaluated monthly by a team of professional trainers and instructors with experience in cross-fit training, low impact workout, exercise fitness, golf training, swing advisors, mindfulness and medical reviews. The Academy tracks the progression of each student using evaluations from instructors, scorecards and hands-on golf course training each month.
